The Republic Day parade will start at 10:30 am from Vijay Chowk to Dutva Path. French President Emmanuel Macron has been invited to attend the event as the chief guest.
Republic Day 2024 Live Updates: India is celebrating its 75th Republic Day today on 26 January 2024, honoring the adoption of the Constitution of India. The national capital is all set to witness a grand parade on the famous Kartavya Path, which sees the participation of Indian armed forces and paramilitary organisations.
French President Emmanuel Macron has been invited to attend this program as the chief guest. Macron’s two-day visit began on Thursday in Jaipur where he was joined by Prime Minister Narendra Modi. After this the French President was taken to New Delhi for the Republic Day celebrations.
The Republic Day parade will start at 10:30 am from Vijay Chowk to Dutva Path. For the first time, an all-women tri-service contingent will also be part of the parade.
