Reliance Jio celebrates 35th National Road Safety Month at RHQ Gurugram

Reliance Jio has kicked off the 35th National Road Safety Month with a series of activities aimed at promoting awareness about the dangers of reckless driving.

The celebration started at the Reliance Jio RHQ office in Gurugram, Haryana, which saw active participation of over 150 enthusiastic employees.

The event featured an impactful address by officials from the traffic department as well as the Jio leadership team, emphasizing the importance of road safety and defensive driving. The primary objective behind Jio’s participation in Road Safety Month is to promote a safety conscious culture and increase safety awareness among all team members.

The sequence of events kicked off with a compelling inaugural address by the State Security Chief, following which the participants took the oath on road safety. Jio demonstrated its commitment towards security awareness through various initiatives highlighting the overall security performance of Delhi circle.

Keynote speakers, including the state construction chief and human resources chief, gave speeches emphasizing the importance of safe driving practices. The audience was treated to an interesting awareness session where real-life videos captured by traffic officers were shown, giving a first-hand look at the consequences of irresponsible driving.

The highlight of the program was a long session conducted by traffic officials, in which the nuances of defensive driving and related procedures were discussed.
