The Redmi Turbo 3 has been launched in China, offering a major upgrade over last year’s Redmi Note 12 Turbo. The new model is equipped with Qualcomm’s latest Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 SoC and runs on Xiaomi’s HyperOS interface. It features an OLED display with 1.5K resolution and up to 120Hz refresh rate. The phone features a 50-megapixel Sony LYT-600 primary rear camera. Redmi Turbo 3 is equipped with a 5000mAh battery and supports 90W wired fast charging. In addition to the standard version, Xiaomi also launched the Redmi Turbo 3 Harry Potter Limited Edition.

It runs on 4nm Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 chipset with up to 16GB of LPPDDR5x RAM and up to 1TB of UFS 4.0 onboard storage.

Connectivity options on the Redmi Turbo 3 include 5G, Wi-Fi 6E, Bluetooth 5.4, GPS, Galileo, GLONASS, Beidou, and USB Type-C port. Onboard sensors include an accelerometer, ambient light sensor, electronic compass, gyroscope, infrared remote control, ultrasonic distance sensor, and X-axis linear motor. In addition, the phone is equipped with an under-screen fingerprint sensor and supports face unlock function. The phone also comes with Dolby Atmos-enabled stereo speakers and has an IP64-rated dust and splash-proof construction.

Redmi Turbo 3 is equipped with a 5000mAh battery and supports 90W fast charging. The fast charging technology is said to provide up to 13 hours of short video playback time on a single charge. The phone measures 160×74.4×7.8mm and weighs 179 grams.
