Redmi Pad SE to launch in India on April 23: Check out what Xiaomi has in store for you

Redmi is gearing up to launch the Redmi Pad SE in India, which will hit the shelves on April 23. Judging from the details disclosed, the Indian version of Redmi Pad SE is very similar to the global version.

Redmi Pad SE expected specifications and design

The Redmi Pad SE will be launched in India in three colors: Green, Gray, and Lavender, mirroring its availability in other markets. The design of the Indian version is consistent with the European version, with an 11-inch full HD+ LCD screen with a refresh rate of up to 90Hz and TÜV Rheinland low blue light certification.

The Indian version of the Redmi Pad SE will be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 680 SoC, with battery life of up to 14 hours for video playback and up to 219 hours of music playback. It also has an impressive standby battery life of up to 43 days. In addition, the tablet also supports multitasking, with features such as split screen and floating windows.

Pricing details awaited

As for pricing, details of the Redmi Pad SE India version are yet to be announced. However, for reference, the tablet starts at €199 (approximately Rs. 18,000) for the 4GB + 128GB version in select European markets, while the 6GB + 128GB and 8GB + 128GB versions are priced at €229 (approximately Rs. 20,800). 249 Euros (approximately Rs. 22,600) respectively.
