Reddit There appears to have been a severe power outage.
The worldwide problem broke out on Tuesday afternoon, leaving users unable to access the social network.
The problem occurred after a few hours X (formerly Twitter) has been hit by major technical issues of its own. There is no indication that these questions (which do not overlap) are related.
At around 9am Pacific time, or around 5pm in the UK, Reddit said it had seen an “increase in errors” and was investigating. Of course after that it said “The problem has been identified and a fix is being implemented”.
The issues affected Reddit’s version of the website and its native application, the report said.
