Omar-un-Nabi was driving an explosive-laden Hyundai i20 car which exploded outside the Red Fort on November 10.

Officials said Wani allegedly admitted during interrogation that he had come in contact with the “doctor module” at a mosque in Kashmir’s Kulgam in October last year.
Soyeb was arrested on November 26 on charges of providing logistical support to Omar-un-Nabi before the blast.
NIA had also arrested Dr. Naseer Bilal Malla from Delhi on December 9, calling him the main accused of the conspiracy. He was accused of giving shelter to Umar-un-Nabi, providing him equipment and destroying evidence related to the terrorist attack.
