PUblic response to Jeremy Corbin New leftist party Mixed with many Independent Readers are more concerned about Britain’s electoral system than the party.
While some welcomed the option of whatever the “Tory-Light” Labor has seen as the government, most agreed that the first-pass-the-post system makes the small parties almost impossible to be successful for small parties-and the risk to divide the left vote.
A commentator wrote, “As long as the electoral system is converted into a proportional representation (PR), the dog’s breakfast that will continue to continue British politics” wrote by a commentator.
Others feared that the move could hand over power to a tori-reform alliance, with a reader warning: “If you think Johnson and Trus were bad, wait until you see what is the management to destroy Faraj and Jenrich.”
Although Corbin is popular Among young voters, many readers now questioned the strategy behind starting a new party. “This is a disaster that is waiting for it,” one said. “The left side is already fragmented and required unity, not further division.”
Some saw the move as a protest rather than a serious political project, while others argued that it could force the labor to move left or adopt PR.
What did you say here:
There is no real left in Britain
I certainly do not like conservative, and I dislike the improvement UK even more. The problem with the current labor government is that they are tori lights. I can never see Corbin PM. Starmer is tragically more powerful – so the jelling of peaceful protesters.
Personally, I would like to see a combination of Lib Dames and Greens in power, but there is almost zero chance to happen. Lib Dames are much higher to the left than labor.

Do you think there is a need to change the UK polling system? Let us know Information Below
As long as the system changes, a mess is expected
Although it is excellent for voters to have more options to choose, unfortunately, due to the first past of the Post Electoral System (FPTP), it is only the “Waters Down” Anti-Tory/Reform vote, as they will live together as right-wing parties and their “supporters”.
Do not forget Lib Dames, who command an old part of voters – but not enough for the majority. This can result in permanent right -wing rule! Until the electoral system is converted into a proportional representation (PR), the dog’s breakfast which is British politics, either with “one or T’Other”, or, as I said, as I said, due to the water of the center and leftist vote, a permanent tory/correction bunch in power!

This is a step, but PR should come first
A step in the right direction – providing voters a comprehensive option, many of which feel that they have a hobbon choice at the moment. But this will not serve as an alternative under FPTP.
To be successful, a real form of PR will have to come first – free voters to vote for their real preference instead of stopping only one option. Corbin will not be around for a long time and I think, voluntarily once another real left-center labor-type option is available.
Strangely
Finally, some options outside the center
I think the public now has a right -wing party in reform and a little leftist party is a positive thing to vote with Corbin, which has been looking at the Centrist Wafe Lab/Con Blazers from us since 1997.

New parties require deep pockets to survive
I have two major views on this:
First of all, this is not the first time that the “Splinter” party has been formed in the UK. Sadly, almost no one has survived long contact with FPTP, in addition to the green party and in addition to top organizations such as George Gallow’s “honor” party.
Second, to have any chance of electoral existence, let me create a difference alone, this strong political party must have support of serious (money pot). If this party shows adequate support later, I suspect that due to the growing electoral threat to the current government, the proportional electoral system will further further any form of the system.

Corbin’s party will not win, but can carry forward labor
While this new party will certainly not win elections and maybe some MPs will be found, the threat of a division in the left vote – by improving one even less percentage than the labor obtained last year – hopefully it is expected to inspire Labor to change some policies. Probably encourage them to replace manifesto-process PR/electoral reforms to bring them back to people in strategic voting in 2029-hence they may have better opportunities for the JC party in 2034.

A divided left
I remember how SDP was going to change politics in UK Forever “. He did – Tories turned to the right and kept winning the election. I do not like the starrer, however, dividing the labor vote is giving us a tori/correction coalition.
If you feel that Johnson and Trus were bad, wait until you see what is the management to destroy the generic/Faraz.

New parties are meaningless without PR
The UK requires a new voting system before the requirement of more parties. This small new party initiative does not work within the current system. Corbin’s lifetime main political goal is to run a protest movement – and that will happen. – Itrelyisnot
FPTP prevents corbin from a danger
If this was not for our FPTP electoral system, Corbin would be a serious danger, I believe.

Correction will benefit the most from Corbin’s move
Corbin’s new party will take votes from labor, but is unlikely to win more than a handful of seats. Major beneficiaries will improve.
This was a serious mistake to expel Corbin for the labor, as it was always clear that he would support the left and would be in a state of vengeance.

There is a disaster in a fragmented leftist waiting
Corbin for rescue – Just when we need any kind of ruthless practical unity in the face of ‘euphemism’ – and the voltage in Corbin and another division of 5 to 10 percent. It seems that more than ever, a more reverse division between the already fragmented center/left, a fixed, well organized, highly coordinated and highly effective distance, is a complete disaster, which is waiting to happen. I can’t really see a way out of it.
