Rana visits eminent Islamic scholar in Poonch

Javed Ahmed Rana, Minister of Jal Shakti, Forest, Ecology and Environment and Tribal Affairs, paid a cordial journey for the residence of former member of the All India Muslim Personal Law Board and Jamia Zia Ulo, Maulana Ghulam Qadir Band’s patron today.

The meeting was marked by meaningful deliberations on a range of suppressing socio-political issues affecting the region and comprehensive community.

During the conversation, the minister and Maulana Banday exchanged ideas on the developed socio-cultural landscape and emphasized the mandatory requirement for creative social reforms.

The discussion highlighted the important role of educational and religious institutions in promoting harmony, moral responsibility and progressive idea within the society.

Jamia Zia Ul Uloom, Maulana Saeed A. Habib’s administrators were also present on the occasion and shared valuable insight on the educational and community outreach initiative run by the institution.

Rana took an opportunity to inquire in detail about the functioning of Jamia Zia Ul Uloom and its concerned educational installations.

He appreciated the prolonged contribution of the organization for the intellectual and moral development of the youth and confirmed their support for its continuous development and modernization.

The visit outlined the importance of dialogue and cooperation between public representatives and influential community leaders in addressing contemporary challenges and shaping an inclusive and improvised social system.
