Dawn Valley Parkway (DVP) and Lake Shor Boleward ramp and construction from major arteries are expected to be closed by the end of July.
Closing the ramp from DVP to lake noise, and from Lake noise to DVP, came into effect in the early hours of Monday.
Contractors with the city of Toronto are working on the new lake noise bridge deck and this next phase requires the road to complete the road between DVP and Lake Noise.
By Monday, the crew has already started digging the road.
Construction was initially to run till 24 July, but now it has been extended till 30 July.
For optional, drivers can get out of DVP in Richmond and then take Parliament Street or Jarvis Street to the lake noise.
Drivers trying to go to DVP from lake noise. For Carlav Street, you can choose to Queen Street, and then travel to DVP using the ramp in that area.
