The Rajasthan High Court has declared the results of the Rajasthan Judicial Service (RJS). There are 9 girls among the top 10 RJS results. Hanumangarh resident Radhika Bansal topped the RJS exam while Tanurag Singh Chauhan of OBC (Off Creamy Layer) category secured the second position with 187.5 points. A total of 222 students passed the RJS recruitment examination.
Radhika Bansal topped the Rajasthan Judicial Service Examination in her first attempt. Radhika said she decided to become a judge only after completing 12th. After completing her LLB from Hanumangarh, Radhika started further preparation for the Rajasthan Judiciary.
“Prepare with online courses”
Radhika said she was preparing for the RJS exam through online classes in her village. Meanwhile, High Court Judge PA’s son Lakshya Soni secured 22nd rank in the Rajasthan Judicial Service Examination. Lakshya also received a gold medal in LLB during her studies.
Students have submitted petition to SC
However, the Rajasthan Judicial Service Main Examination 2024 was challenged in the Supreme Court by 99 students who appeared for this exam. The event was organized by the Rajasthan High Court on August 31 and September 1 and was attended by around 3,500 students.
Students challenging the decision in the Supreme Court said their English paper was wrongly scored between 0 and 10. English copies should be rechecked by experts. Meanwhile, the Supreme Court refused to stay the ruling of the Rajasthan judiciary. Following this, the findings of the review have now been announced by the Rajasthan High Court.
