Vladimir Putin suffered a coughing fit during his speech and can be seen clearing his throat multiple times. The 70-year-old Putin has been rumoured to be “suffering from cancer.” On December 4, the telegram channel “general SVR,” run by a former Russian spy, claimed that Putin “fell down the stairs and soiled himself at his residence.” In November 2022, “strange marks” were also spotted on President Putin’s hand.
