Pro Kabaddi
The Pro Kabaddi League also recognized as Vivo Pro Kabbadi for sponsorship reasons, or simply PKL is an Indian men’s professional Kabaddi league. It debuted in 2014 and is currently broadcast on Star Sports. Season 8 was, however, delayed due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, and the same season is set to begin on December 22, 2021. The traditional moving caravan format was replaced by a single venue hosting all of the season’s games. The venue was initially announced as Kanteerava Indoor Stadium in Bangalore but was eventually revised to the Sheraton Grand Hotel and Convention Center in Whitefield, Bangalore. Pro Kabaddi 2022 Date
The eighth season of the ProKabaddi League started on 20 January and is underway, with twelve teams competing for the title at the Sheraton Grand Bengaluru Whitefield Hotel and Convention Centre. On Monday, the league confirmed 33 new matches for the second round of the round-robin stage. The upcoming 33 matches, including the rivalry week, will be accompanied by the penultimate round of 33 matches, completing Season 8’s full 132-match round-robin stage. This will be accompanied by the play-off round and, finally, the grand finale of Season 8. As a result, the season is cut short, with the final scheduled for February 26.
