Srinagar, August 08, KDC: Principal Secretary, Culture, Brij Mohan Sharma and Divisional Commissioner Kashmir Vijay Kumar Bidhuri jointly held a meeting of officials to finalize arrangements about the operations of more than ten thousand participants on the Buleward Road of SKICC from Botanical Garden on August 12.
Addressing the meeting, the Principal Secretary directed the SKICC with QR facility to upload the photo to the establishment of the theme based selfie points in the Botanical Garden. He emphasized the deployment of NCC volunteers to facilitate participants in uploading photos on selfie points. He also directed the Commissioner SMC for the theme based color coating of trees and plants along the rally route. In addition, he emphasized the establishment of hoardings to make participants sensitive to honor the National Flag Code.
On the occasion, the Divisional Commissioner reviewed the transport scheme for participants in addition to reviewing the system of Shikara Tricolor rally in Dal Lake. He emphasized the decoration of prey with the tricolor for an impressive performance of attractive ideas of the rally.
Meanwhile, he reviewed the facility of drinking water and electricity at the venue and issued directions to the concerned departments. He also directed the concerned departments for the establishment of theme -based stalls and the establishment of the exhibition at Skicc.
In addition, Div com reviewed the presentation of cultural programs, BSF band performance and VVIPS and preparation for the Felicitation of WAR Hero. He also directed for the establishment of first aid camps and the establishment of the deployment of ambulances for any medical emergency.
The event manager was directed to make a detailed arrangement for the installation and installation of water -proof tentases, seats and LED screens.
