Prince Harry reflects on Princess Diana, King Charles’ marriage, teases Queen Camilla on UK arrival

Prince Harry gave a fan a hilarious reaction during his unexpected appearance upon arriving in the UK for an important event.

During a surprise walkout after his Invictus Games event on Wednesday, Prince Harry shared a wedding joke with a fan.

The Duke of Sussex returned to the UK this week to celebrate the 10th anniversary of the Invictus Games and also attended a ceremony at St Paul’s Cathedral, where he gave a reading to mark the occasion. Afterward, he joined fans outside the cathedral during a surprise outing.

The crowd, which welcomed the prince with loud cheers upon his arrival, shouted, “We love you, Harry” as he walked along.

A woman told Harry she was here for her honeymoon, to which Harry replied: “You didn’t get married in St. Paul’s though?”

Only a select number of people can get married at St. Paul’s Cathedral and there are certain conditions for those wishing to get married there.

The then-Prince Charles and Lady Diana Spencer were married in St. Paul’s on July 29, 1981, in a traditional Church of England wedding ceremony.

It was later announced on December 9, 1992, that Charles and Diana had decided to separate, but would continue to fulfill their public duties and share responsibility for the upbringing of their sons.

On April 9, 2005, he married Camilla Parker Bowles, with whom he had a long-term relationship; After the marriage, Parker Bowles took the title of Duchess of Cornwall.

The Duke of Sussex was welcomed by members of his late mother’s family at the service on Wednesday afternoon.

Princess Diana’s siblings, Charles Spencer and Lady Jane Fellowes, greeted Harry with a hug at the anniversary celebration.
