Prince Harry gives emotional reaction on losing close relationship

Since stepping back from working royal life, Prince Harry has lost some of his closest friends.

The Duke has returned to Britain for an important celebration, but unfortunately he was unable to meet his father, King Charles, during his visit.

A spokesperson for the Duke of Sussex confirmed that “Unfortunately, this will not be possible due to Her Majesty’s full schedule. The Duke of course understands his father’s diary commitments and various other priorities.”

However, there was still a sign that relations between father and son have softened somewhat, with the spokesperson saying that Harry “looks forward to seeing” [Charles] soon”.

The Duke of Sussex also admitted that after stepping back from working royal life, he lost some of his old friends in the process, in his Netflix documentary “I miss the UK. I miss my friends. …I’ve lost some friends”. As part of this process,” GB News was quoted as saying.

He said: “In response to the many inquiries and continued speculation over whether the Duke will meet his father while he is in the UK this week, unfortunately due to Her Majesty’s full schedule this will not be possible.

“The Duke is certainly understanding of his father’s diary commitments and various other priorities and hopes to meet him soon.”
