Donald Trump is taking two trips to the UK this year-a private journey focuses on his Scottish golf course, and a fully developed state trip in September, fully with Puri One welcome from King Charles III.
US President South Irshire and Aberdeenshire are spending time at their resorts and are expected to meet Prime Minister Sir Kir Stmper and Scotland first minister, John Swine.
He is also planning to open a new course dedicated to his Scottish-birth mother.
While Downing Street has received the title of travel as a “historic” opportunity to strengthen the UK-US relationship, the invitation has promoted backlash.
The protesters have accused Trump of spreading hatred, accelerating climate breaking and reducing democratic norms.
A wave of demonstrations around both trips is planned – activists stated that Britain “should not roll out the red carpet” for a leader with such controversial records.
In Westminster, many MPs have talked against the state’s visit, some called it “unfair” and even urged Tram to refuse Tram to a platform completely.
But sources in the White House say that no parliamentary address is required, and emphasizing that the journey is purely diplomatic.
So, does Trump’s upcoming state go to a smart move to preserve international relations – or a mistake that sends the wrong message?
