New Delhi, October 5 (IANS), referring to a tragedy in Mehrauli, South Delhi, BJP President Virendra Sachdeva on Sunday described the Aam Aadmi Party leaders as “vultures”, who are trying to stay in the news by creating a disgrace statement.
“AAP leaders’ cheap political reactions to human tragedies are proof of their insensitivity. Whether it is Sanjeev Jha or Saurabh Bhardwaj, hearing his statements, shows that they are not political activists, but political vultures,” Sachdeva said.
He pointed to a video related to a recently released person, which is still considered missing after an accident related to rainwater.
The BJP president of Delhi slammed AAP leader and MLA Sanjeev Jha to make an baseless allegation that if a Municipal Corporation of Delhi was not removed on the instructions of Delhi’s Water Minister Pravesh Sahib Singh, the missing person would have been rescued.
Sachdeva said that Jha’s statement is “completely wrong”.
The BJP president of the Delhi unit said that a few days before the accident, videos and photos of the inspection of Water Minister Parvesh Verma in Mehrauli prove that when he arrived, there was no trap on the drain as AAP Councilor Rekha Mahendra Chaudhary had already removed.
Sachdeva said that Mehraoli Gajendra Yadav’s BJP MLA is in contact with the victim’s family and at his request, a report of a missing person is filed and trying so that the person is still considered missing, can get appropriate MCD assistance after the investigation is completed.
The BJP president of Delhi said that similarly, on the tragic death of a BJP office by drowning in the river near Sonia Vihar, MLA Sanjeev Jha has clearly shown that it is less than a public representative and more than a political vulture.
He said that our late colleague Kuldeep Nainwal is a proof of his insensitivity, convicting the delay in saving.
The truth is that the water level at the accident site was deep and the present was very strong, causing significant difficulties for the local irrigation department, police and fire brigade in rescue, he said.
Sachdeva said in a similar way, AAP leader Bhardwaj does less political or social work and plays the game of posting misleading videos on Twitter.
If only Saurabh Bhardwaj and other AAP leaders can understand that instead of promoting development in Delhi, he lost power due to false statements on media and social media, he said.
The Delhi BJP chief said that even after losing the power AAP leaders, they are playing the game of spreading confusion, which will soon cost him as an opposition party.
In another development, Delhi BJP spokesperson Praveen Shankar Kapoor said that the Delhi Congress has been completely cut off with the people of the city and there is nothing else to please its leader Rahul Gandhi with its “Vote Chori” campaign in Badarpur.
Kapoor has said that the Lok Sabha is constantly attacking the Election Commission of India and the Congress’s fair electoral system is removing the Congress among the party’s allies.
