Police Warning Equivalence: Explosives still threatens Loc villages

Baramulla, May 11: Baramulla police issued an immediate public safety appeal to the residences vacated from the frontline villages, warning them that they should not return to their homes until the authorities were officially approved.

According to the safety notice, many unexplained shells remain scattered in both private and public areas near the line of control, leading to a serious threat to life. “Special bomb settlement squads from J \ & K Police are currently widely operated to identify and neutralize the dangers,” read in the notice.
“The situation is extremely dangerous. Even minimal disturbances can trigger an explosion,” the notice is written in the notice.

Temporary shelters have been established by the administration with food, water and medical assistance throughout the district.

The 24 -hour emergency helpline (112) is on for assistance.

The police have warned against unauthorized entry into restricted areas, stating that violations may result in legal consequences. Outposts have been established to implement the ban.

Security instructions include:

Do not touch any suspicious objects, mark the safe place to do so.

Alert emergency services immediately. Others to stay at least 100 meters away

Depending on weather and ground conditions, clearance efforts are expected to take several days.

The notice issued by SSP Baramulla read, “The administration will inform the public.”
