On 20 December, Israel’s military said they killed a man in Qabatiya who “had thrown a stone towards soldiers.” It later said the killing was being reviewed, after Palestinian media broadcast brief security footage that shows the young man emerging from an alley and being shot by soldiers as he approaches them without throwing anything.
