Poco C61 price in India, renders, key specs leaked

Poco C61 may be launched in India soon. Details about the phone, including design renders, key features, RAM and storage variants, and expected price, have surfaced online. The phone is believed to be a rebranded version of the Redmi A3 launched in India in February this year. Therefore, the phone is likely to have similar specifications to the Redmi model. The rumored smartphone is expected to succeed the Poco C51, which was launched in the country in April 2023.

Leaked renders of Poco C61 shared in Appuals Report. The phone is available in black, blue, and green colors and comes with a large circular rear camera module, similar to the Redmi A3. Reports suggest that the upcoming Poco phone will be available in 4GB + 64GB and 6GB + 128GB variants and is likely to be priced at Rs. 7,499 respectively.

The render shows the front panel of the phone with a centered waterdrop notch for the front camera. The Poco C61 has slim side bezels and a relatively thick chin. The volume rocker and power button appear on the right edge of the phone. The SIM card slot is on the left edge, and the USB Type-C charging port and microphone are on the bottom edge. The speaker grille and 3.5mm audio jack are located on the top edge.

The Poco C61 is expected to feature a 6.71-inch HD+ LCD screen with a 90Hz refresh rate, 500nits peak brightness, and Gorilla Glass 3 protection. It is said to be powered by MediaTek Helio G36 SoC paired with up to 6GB of RAM and up to 128GB of onboard storage. The phone is expected to come with a side-side fingerprint sensor for biometric authentication.

For optics, the Poco C61 could feature an 8-megapixel primary sensor with a 0.08-megapixel secondary sensor at the rear and a 5-megapixel sensor at the front. The phone is said to have a 5,000mAh battery and support 10W wired charging.

Redmi A3 was recently launched in India priced at Rs. The 3GB + 64GB variant is priced at Rs 7,299, while the 4GB + 128GB and 6GB + 128GB variants are priced at Rs 7,299. 8,299 and Rs. 9,299 respectively. It comes in Midnight Black, Lake Blue, and Olive Green color options, similar to the color options we saw in the leaked Poco C61 renders.
