Chhindwara (Madhya Pradesh), September 18 (IANS) PM Shri School’s launch has created a wave of infrastructure and positive change in the quality of education in schools across the country. One such example is, Bhaisadand Government School in Chhindwara district, now recognized under PM Shri (PM School for Rising India) initiative.
The school is affiliated to the Madhya Pradesh Board of Secondary Education. It is undergoing a change for the empowerment of students and teachers.
The PM Shri Yojana is a centrally sponsored initiative of the Government of India, which aims to develop more than 14,500 schools across the nation in model institutions formed with the vision of National Education Policy (NEP) 2020. The scheme focuses on providing overall education, better infrastructure and skill development that students get from future challenges.
Taruna Kayede, Principal of Bhasadand Government School, woke up the importance of the school under PM Shri Yojana. He told IANS, “The school has made significant improvements in both educational standards and facilities. Now we are better equipped to shape responsible and skilled citizens.”
Echoing her ideas, Manisha Rajput, a teacher at school, said: “With updated resources and new teaching functioning, we can now offer more attractive and modern learning environment.”
Another teacher, Vinay Kumar Mandloi said: “We are seeing the real growth in students’ participation, confidence and performance, thanks to PM Shri upgradation.”
Students are also feeling impact. A student, Sonali Chandravanshi said: “Earlier, we did not have access to proper career guidance. But now, subject experts and guest faculties are helping us to explore the career path with clearness.” Another student, Monica Vanshkar, highlighted the increasing reach to resources: “Now we have the support that we need to dream big.”
The PM Shri Yojana has also introduced advanced sports equipment and infrastructure, which encourages participation in additional activities. A male student described it as the best: “Now, learning is not limited to books only – we are moving in every direction.”
Through such an initiative, the PM Shri scheme is not only increasing education, but is also building a foundation for innovation, leadership and overall development in government schools like Bhaisadand.
