PM Modi’s ‘Pariksha Pay Charcha 2025’ was awarded with the Guinness World Record for most registration in a month

Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s major initiative, Pariksha Pay Charcha (PPC), which has been successfully conducted by the Ministry of Education in collaboration with 2018, has been awarded the Ginish World Records to most people “most people” registered on a Citizen Engagement Platform in a month.

This recognition celebrates the unprecedented achievement of 3.53 crore valid registrations obtained during the eighth edition of the program hosted on MyGov platform.

Pariksha Pe Charcha is a unique global platform, led by Prime Minister Modi, where he interacts with students, teachers and parents directly. The initiative converts the exam season into a festival of positivity, preparation and purposeful learning, giving the exam time for encouragement rather than stress.

The official Guinness World Record Certificate was formally presented at a function held in New Delhi. The event was understood by Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan; Union Minister of Electronics and Information Technology, Railways and Information and Broadcasting Ashwini Vaishnav; Union Minister of State for Electronics and IT, Getin Prasad; Secretary, Department of School Education and Literacy, Sanjay Kumar; Nand Kumaram, CEO of Mayagov; And senior officials of education and electronics and IT ministries along with other prominent stakeholders. The record was valid and declared by the official assistant of Guinness World Records Rishi Nath.

Speaking on the occasion, Dharmendra Pradhan said that under the visionary leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Pariksha Pay Charcha has been defined as a national approach to examinations by changing tension in the festival of learning tension. Pradhan said that in the 8th edition of PPC, a total of 21+ crores of audiences were seen in all media platforms in 2025.
