Jaipur, November 18 (IANS) Prime Minister Narendra Modi will release the 21st installment of PM-Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana on November 19, which is celebrated as PM-Kisan Utsav Diwas.
On this occasion, Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma will participate in the state level program to be organized at the State Institute of Agricultural Management, Durgapura. Similar programs will be organized in all the districts.
Since the launch of the scheme, 20 installments have already been distributed, benefiting farmers across Rajasthan.
Under the scheme, a total of Rs 25,142 crore has so far been transferred directly into the bank accounts of farmers in the state.
Additionally, under the Mukhyamantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana, the Rajasthan government has transferred Rs 2,073 crore through four installments to support farmers.
On Wednesday, Rs 1,332 crore will be transferred to 66.62 lakh farmers of Rajasthan under PM-Kisan.

At the national level, Rs 18,000 crore will be transferred to 9 crore farmers across the country.
It is noteworthy that under PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana, eligible farmers get Rs 6,000 per year, which is distributed in three equal installments.
To provide additional support, the Rajasthan government runs the Mukhyamantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana, through which all PM-Kisan beneficiaries in the state get an additional Rs 3,000 per year.
The central sector scheme, launched on February 24, 2019, provides annual financial assistance of Rs 6,000 per eligible farmer family. It is one of the largest Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) initiatives globally, underscoring its significant impact in providing financial assistance directly to beneficiaries.
With a commitment to inclusivity, it dedicates more than 25 percent of its profits to women beneficiaries.
The farmer-centric digital infrastructure ensures wide reach, ensuring that eligible farmers across the country can avail the benefits of the scheme seamlessly.
