The PM will address public rallies in Arrah and Nawada and participate in a ‘mega road show’ in Patna.
Elections for the 243-member Bihar Assembly will be held in two phases on November 6 and November 11. Voting will be held in 121 assembly constituencies in the first phase.
This will be PM’s third road show in Patna since last year’s Lok Sabha elections. Earlier this year, soon after ‘Operation Sindoor’, Modi had held a road show.
Extensive security arrangements have been made for the PM’s road show. Before the road show, Modi will pay floral tributes to national poet Ramdhari Singh Dinkar in the state capital.
PM’s road show will start from Dinkar Golambar in the evening via Thakurbari Road, Bakarganj and end at Udyog Bhawan near Gandhi Maidan. Later in the evening, Modi will offer prayers at Takht Sri Harmandir Ji Patna Sahib Gurdwara.
Union Home Minister Amit Shah and Leader of Opposition in Lok Sabha Rahul Gandhi are also set to address several public rallies in support of their NDA and India Bloc candidates respectively in different parts of the poll-bound state on Sunday.
Gandhi will address rallies in Begusarai and Khagaria, while Shah will address public rallies in Muzaffarpur and Vaishali.
