Prime Minister Narendra Modi said the people of Bihar have created a storm, leading to a landslide victory for the BJP-led NDA as the alliance crossed the majority mark of 122 seats in the state’s 243-member Assembly.
The PM highlighted the ‘MY’ formula, which he said worked well for the NDA, meaning “Woman (female)” and “Youth (Youth)” – two voter groups that strongly supported the NDA in this election. This, Modi said, was against the “communal MY formula of people with jungle raj”.
“There is an old saying, Quota was heard.Modi said, ‘In response to the appeasement politics of some parties in Bihar, we introduced our ‘MY’ formula, which stands for ‘women’ and ‘youth’.
The Prime Minister asserted that Bihar has restored the country’s faith in democracy, prompting loud cheers from supporters and party workers who gathered at the BJP headquarters in New Delhi to celebrate the victory.
In his address, Modi said that “there is no room for”big chainPointing towards the Congress, he said, “To come back to power.”
“When I used to talk about ‘Jungle Raj’ and ‘big chain‘, RJD leaders used to remain silent, but Congress was unhappy with this. They will get upset. I want to say it again:’big series’ Will never come to power,” he said.
