Houston Methodist Hospital, which allegedly once employed or contracted with Jafar, told local broadcaster Fox 26: “We can confirm that as soon as we learned of the indictment, this physician’s privileges were immediately suspended, pending further investigation.
“He has not had any surgery at Houston Methodist Sugar Land Hospital for many years.”
