Wing Commander Vyomika Singh, who informed the media along with Foreign Secretary Vikram Misri and Colonel Sophia Qureshi, said that ‘Operation Sindoor’ was launched to give justice to the Pahgam terror attack and the victims of their families.
After the Pahalgam terror attack, the Indian armed forces launched a strike on deep terrorist bases inside Pakistan and Pakistan under ‘Operation Sindoor’ on Wednesday morning.
Wing commander Vyomika Singh said that a total of nine terrorist sites were targeted and destroyed successfully. He said that places were selected so that there is no loss to the citizens and their infrastructure.

Meanwhile, during the press briefing, Colonel Sophia Qureshi presented videos of the destruction of terrorist camps, including Muridke and Jahan David Headley and Ajmal Kasab, criminals of the 2008 Mumbai attacks. Apart from Muridke, Sarjal Camp in Sialkot, Markz Ahle Hadith, Barnala and Markz Abbas, Kotli and Mehmoon Zoya Camp, Sialkot were targeted in attacks carried out by the Indian Army, Colonel Qureshi informed.
The Foreign Secretary said that the attack on Pahgam was inspired by the aim of reducing the return of general status in Jammu and Kashmir.
“The attack in Pahalgam was marked with excessive vandalism, the victims were mostly killed on the nearest border and with head shots in front of their family … family members were deliberately shocked through the way of murder, as well as the message should be taken back.
The attack was clearly inspired to reduce the general situation returning to Kashmir, ”he said.
Vikram Misri said that Indian intelligence agencies are monitoring terrorist activities and have expressed concern about more terrorist attacks in India.
