Police in Peel region are looking for two youths in their late adolescence or early 20s, who were involved in an accident on July 3, who seriously injured a woman and four children.
An accident with a black range rover and a red Honda Civic occurred in the Ninth Line and Erin Center Bulleward after 4 pm.
Police say the residents of Range Rover left the scene “without making any efforts to investigate the welfare of the persons involved in the accident.
Police say that women and children are now in a stable condition in the hospital.
Both have been described as young black men in their late teenage or in the mid -20s, and have suffered their own injuries in the accident.
Prior to the accident, investigators stated that the Range Rover Highway 403 and a fitness center near Winston Churchill Bulleward were involved in a few kilometers away and a gun could be involved.
“It is believed that before the collision, the Black Range Rover and an unknown, new model Red Ford Mustang traveled west with Ekta Drive, then for Aglinton Avenue on North Redway Drive, then on the ninth line with Aglinton Avenue in the west and then on the ninth line in the north,” Police said in a release on Saturday.
The investigators are asking any motor driver or those who were in those areas or between 3:50 pm to 4:10 pm and may have seen anything or may come to the range rover, to contact an Ontario license plate Derx431, or a red Ford Mustang to contact them.
