On Sunday, a pedestrian was injured in a road accident near the main election office in Srinagar, hitting a bus related to Sahastra Seema Bal (SSB).
According to the police, by 32BG 7588 bus bearing registration number recognized a person as Shabir Ahmed Bhat, who was a resident of Ghulam Mohi-ud-Din Bhat, Karfli Mohalla, Habkadal, resident of Srinagar.
The injured were immediately transferred to SMHS Hospital for medical treatment. His condition is stable and being treated in the hospital.
Meanwhile, the police reached the spot immediately after the incident and took cognizance of the matter. Further details are awaited.
