Parliamentary Standing Committee members call LG Sinha on coal, mines and steel

Srinagar, July 05: A member of Parliament, headed by Anurag Singh Thakur on coal, mines and steel, called Lieutenant Governor Mr. Manoj Sinha at Raj Bhavan today.

The committee is on a study trip in the center area of ​​Jammu and Kashmir. Anurag Singh Thakur said that the visit of the Committee of Jammu and Kashmir is also a part of the confidence building measures by the Government of India, after the Pahgam terror attack. He said that the message will also spread that Kashmir is safe and peaceful across the country.

The committee members also congratulated the Lieutenant Governor for the reforms and progressive policies applicable in the areas in Jammu and Kashmir.

The Lieutenant Governor reiterated his commitment to UT’s UT’s inclusive and justified development. He also spoke on the safety scenario prevalent in the central region.

“The common man of Jammu and Kashmir wants peace. People have a lot of love and dedication to the nation and they know that their future is with India. The kind of protest against Pakistan on the streets of Jammu and Kashmir was against the sponsored terrorism in Pahgam,” said the latent Governor.

The Lieutenant Governor also emphasized the need to counter the fake story and publicity being created by the opponents.
