A 22 year old young man who used Fake Documents to Enroll in Minnesota High School has been accused of sexual assault teen According to a report, who thought he was their co-worker.
Multiple Parents of White Bear Lake High School Student reported possible incidents of sexual harassment This includes 22-year-old Kelvin Luebke, a school district official Revealed earlier this month Took admission in school through fake documents.
The warrant application states that several teenage girls contacted police claiming that Luebke was either texting or messaging them on social media. Dog 11.
One parent reported that their daughter recognized a mugshot of Luebke online, but she knew him as “KP,” one of her classmates in high school, the outlet said.
If the warrant is approved, White Bear Lake police plan to search her texts, social media messages and photos, according to the report.
He has not been formally charged in relation to these allegations.

A school resource officer is also investigating a claim that Luebke received nude photos from a teenage girl.
Luebke was arrested on an unrelated charge and released from the Washington County Jail.
District Superintendent Dr. Wayne Kazmierczak said Luebke had enrolled as a homeless, unaccompanied youth. He was enrolled in school for 19 days and attended football practice, but did not play in any games. Fox 9 reported.
Luebke had presented a birth certificate from another country showing he was 18 years old and eligible to enroll in high school, Kazmierczak said in a statement.
At the time of enrollment, “there was no reason to believe that the official birth certificate was fraudulent,” Kazmierczak said, noting that it had “authentic watermarking and official stamps/seals.”
Luebke’s high school admissions have angered parents in White Bear Lake, a town about 20 miles northeast of Minneapolis.
Her nomination was particularly troublesome for state Representative Elliot Engen, whose district includes White Bear Lake Area Schools, and whose younger brother is currently a senior at the school.
Engen previously shared the school’s football roster with KARE11, listing “KJ Perry” as a senior cornerback.
He called the situation a “system-wide failure” and called for the superintendent’s resignation.
“This comes from Wayne Kazmierczak’s failed leadership, and there must be consequences,” Engen said.
Another legislator representing the area, state Representative Brian Curran, instead placed the blame on Luebke, saying, “The guy who fraudulently enrolled kids in school as an adult is responsible for this.”
“Now, how they go about it is up to me and other leaders in the community,” he said.
Engen said he hopes more safety protocols will be introduced to school enrollment processes as a result of the situation.
“I know White Bear Lake claimed they did everything by the book, but if it was done by the book and you still have a 22-year-old boy dating a 17-year-old boy, then something has gone wrong,” Engen told Fox 9.
