One NHS Paramedic told a weak student that he could not wait to have sex with him after being taken to the hospital.
The east south east ambulance activist Alexander McDowell, then 27, was called to the teenager’s house after trying to kill his life in January 2022.
In March 2022, Mr. McDowell messaged at the age of 18 Instagram Saying that she looked “familiar” and remembered her pink color Crocx Shoes from her bedroom.
She later told her that she could not wait for “F ***” and when she faced her about being a girlfriend, she got angry.
Mr. McDowell was killed last week after the Health and Care Profession Tribunal Service (HCPTS), he found that he had “severely sexually induced” with “weak service user”.
The tribunal heard the young student, who was not identified, separated from his family after growing up with childhood trauma and had depression and concern.
After messaging the student on Instagram, Mr. McDowell encouraged him to use Snapchat as a “fast” way to communicate, the panel found.
He then used it to post itself half naked and post it within the “creatively posted position”, while in bed, the panel heard.
But when the student asked him “if he told all his weak patients how special he was and had planned a futures with him to cheat his girlfriend”, Mr. McDowell got angry and blocked him, the panel heard.
HCPTS said: “The fact of such sexual relations was, with such a weak person, in the panel’s approach, in unfair and unacceptable conduct. [This] A registered businessman fell much below the expectation of a businessman.
“Fellow paramedics are aware of the circumstances in which the registrar faced for the first time [the student] A person who tried to take his life would fully appreciate that he was a very weak person.
,[Mr McDowell] It is recorded as a repentance, but in its testimony of this panel, there was nothing to indicate that the case was, nor did he identify the need for forgiveness or regret for his conduct.
“It was clear for the panel that he was still very concerned and angry about the trust investigation process and the effect on it.”
