The Panama’s Security Minister said that his country would reject any attempt to reopen American military bases on his country’s soil, slapping a suggestion by the US Defense Secretary on Wednesday.
Frank Ebrego said, “Panama made it clear through the President (Jose Raul) Mulino that we cannot accept military bases or defense sites.”
