Owaisi to kickstart bihar campaign with beemanchal nyay yatra from tomorrow

Hyderabad, September 23 (IANS) AIMIM President Asaduddin Owaisi will kick his party’s campaign for the assembly elections in Bihar with ‘Seakanchal Nyay Yatra’ in Bihar from Wednesday.

The journey in the Seakanchal region will continue till 27 September.

The Hyderabad MP will launch a ‘Seamanchal Nay Yatra’ from Kichhanj to unite people for development and demand justice for the seminal field, the party said in a statement on Tuesday.

During the journey, Owaisi will address corner meetings to roadshow and address and address corner meetings in various assembly constituencies of the seachanchal region.

The All India Majlis-e-Itihadul Muslimeen (AIMIM) chiefs have been increasing the backwardness of the Seakanchal region for the last decade.

He introduced the bill of a private member in the Lok Sabha, seeking the establishment of a Seamanchal Vidhan Development Council to eliminate backwardness in the region.

On the first day, the yatra will cover the assembly constituencies of Kindhganj, Thakurganj and Bahadurganj. It will start in Kinshanganj and end on the public cap after passing through Pothia, Thakurganj, Pavkhali, Bahadurganj, Lohagara cap and LRP Chowk.

On September 25, Owaisi will conduct the yatra in kochadaman, Jokihat, Araria and Purnia Assembly Constituencies. The yatra starts from kishanganj to rahmatpara, sontha, and jokihat and ends in Araria.

The next day, he will visit Purnia, Baisi and Amour Assembly constituencies. The journey starts from Purnia to Dagrua, Baisi, Amour and Baisa and ends in Baradagah.

Owaisi will address meetings in Baisi, Katihar, Balrampur, Kadwa, and Pranpur Assembly Constituencies on September 27. The Yatra Starts from Kishanganj to Dangra, Balarampur, Chandani Chowkk, and Barsoi Ends at Bighor.

In the 2020 Bihar assembly elections, AIMIM contested 19 assembly seats and won five seats (Amor, Kochadaman, Baisi, Jokihat, Bahadurgnj).

Its four MLAs joined the Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) in 2022.

This time, AIMIM is likely to contest more seats than contesting in the last elections. The party said that there are indications that many influential political leaders and social workers are ready to contest elections on its ticket.
