Ottawa – A Chinese manufacturer of the monitoring camera system says that the National Security Review process that led the federal government to stop its Canadian operations was unfair.
Hikvision argues in a court that a court has been argued in a court to challenge the June 27 directive to shut down its business in Canada.
The company says that the review process was projectively inappropriate and the conclusion that reached was unfair.
Hikwjan argues that government instructions were based on incorrect beliefs.
Hikwjan says that the minister of the industry, Melaney Jolie, suddenly concluded the review, did not communicate properly and refused to consider additional information that the company wanted to provide.
Jolie said in an online post after a shutdown order that the government saw the security and evidence provided by Canada’s security and intelligence community.
