Police said six adults were injured in the crash, including 31-year-old Ashley Hernandez Gutierrez, who died from her injuries.
Three adult victims were hospitalized and are now in stable condition, while one is undergoing treatment and the other has been released.
Eight children aged between one and 17 years were also injured in the collision. Six children have been treated and released; Another has been admitted and his condition is stable, officials said.
On Saturday, authorities said they were investigating the incident as a hit-and-run and investigating the cause of the collision.
Footage of the incident posted on social media captured a tan sedan plowing into a white tent on the lawn in front of a home, with debris scattered on the grass beneath the car.
