Nubia Flip 5G launched globally on Tuesday, April 9. The clamshell foldable smartphone was originally unveiled at the 2024 Mobile World Congress (MWC) in Barcelona in February this year. The phone comes with Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 chipset, a 4,310mAh battery with 33W fast charging support, and a 6.9-inch OLED main display. Compared to other vertical folding phones like the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 5, Motorola Razr 40 Ultra, Tecno Phantom V Flip 5G or Oppo Find N3 Flip, the Nubia Flip 5G is a budget-friendly product.

The 8GB+256GB option of Nubia Flip 5G is Pricing It is priced at CNY 2,999 (approx Rs 34,500) in China, while the 12GB + 256GB and 12GB + 512GB variants are priced at CNY 3,299 (approx Rs 38,000) and CNY 3,699 (approx Rs 42,600) respectively.

Nubia Flip 5G worldwide supply It is only available in 8GB + 256GB and 12GB + 512GB configurations priced at $499 (approximately Rs. 41,500) and $699 (approximately Rs. 58,200) respectively.The phone is currently in usable for pre order In China, and even around the world. Nubia Flip 5G features a 6.9-inch full-HD+ (1,188 x 2,790 pixels) OLED in-display with a 120Hz refresh rate. The 1.43-inch OLED cover screen has a resolution of 466 x 466 pixels and is placed inside a circular camera module.

It comes with Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 SoC, supports up to 12GB RAM and up to 512GB onboard storage. The Nubia Flip 5G’s dual-rail suspension hinge is said to be able to withstand more than 200,000 deployments.

In terms of optics, the Nubia Flip 5G comes with a dual camera unit that includes a 50-megapixel primary sensor and a 2-megapixel depth sensor. The phone also comes with a 16-megapixel selfie camera placed in a punch-hole notch on top of the foldable display inside.

Nubia Flip 5G is equipped with a 4,310mAh battery and supports 33W wired fast charging. The phone comes with an adapter and USB Type-C charging cable in the box. It supports 5G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.2, GPS and NFC connectivity. The phone also comes with an in-display fingerprint sensor for security. When unfolded, the phone measures 170mm x 75.5mm x 7mm and weighs 209 grams.
