New Delhi:
The Supreme Court has said that after the selection process, there will be no CBI inquiry into the construction of additional posts of Bengal Government to adjust 25,000 teaching and non-teaching employees who were dismissed from the State School Services Commission on Monday.
The court rejected the order of the Calcutta High Court, directing the investigation by the Central Bureau of Investigation, was barred from checking the decisions by a cabinet.
Therefore, it was wrong with the High Court to order this inquiry, said Chief Justice of India Sanjeev Khanna.
