Reliance Foundation Founder and Chairman Nita Ambani announced a new health service plan for testing and treatment of children, adolescent girls and women on the founding anniversary of Sir HN Reliance Foundation Hospital .
The Health Seva program marks the 10th anniversary of HN Reliance Foundation Hospital with a commitment to provide free screening and treatment to 50,000 children with congenital heart disease and 50,000 women suffering from breast and cancer. Reliance Industries will also provide free cervical cancer vaccination to 10,000 teenage girls, the company said in a release.
“For a decade, Sir HN Reliance Foundation Hospital has been living up to our vision of making world-class healthcare accessible and affordable to every Indian. Together we have touched millions of lives and brought joy to countless families. Here Comes Hope. As we celebrate this milestone, we have launched a new health service program free of charge for children and women from marginalized communities,” Nita Ambani said at the 10th anniversary celebrations on Sunday. .

According to a press release, the hospital has treated 2.75 million Indians, including more than 1.5 lakh children, in the past decade. The hospital has completed more than 500 cases of organ transplantation, and has a record of transplanting 6 organs in 24 hours.
Sir HN Reliance Foundation Hospital and Research Center was founded in 1925 by Gordhandas Bhagwandas Narottamdas. It was renovated and reopened in 2014.
