Nicholas Galitzine Reveals Anne Hathaway’s Advice for Met Gala Debut

Nicholas Galitzine steps onto the steps of the Metropolitan Museum of Art for the first time following the success of his film The Idea of You.
The 29-year-old actor told Entertainment Tonight that he got some words of wisdom from his co-star Anne Hathaway before arriving at fashion’s biggest night.
“This is my first meet, so I’m excited to be here,” the Purple Hearts star said, before adding the advice Hathaway offered.
“He gave me a pep talk this morning. “Enjoy it,” he said.
“I think I’m quite addicted to this stuff now,” he explained to the outlet after doing press for his latest release. “I have a lot of friends who are in, so I’m excited to meet some friends.”
The theme of the 2024 Met Gala was The Garden of Time. The dress code was inspired by JG Ballard’s 1962 short story of the same title.
This year’s ceremony also marks the opening of the Costume Institute’s spring exhibition, titled Sleeping Beauties: Reawakening Fashion.
Fashion’s biggest night was hosted by Jennifer Lopez, Zendaya, Chris Hemsworth and Bad Bunny.
