NIA court sentence is in Kerala-TN case in 8-year-old RI

Kochi/New Delhi, 29 September (IANS) National Investigation Agency (NIA) Ernakulam Special Court (NIA)

The court found H. Mohmad Under the Azarudh and Y.Sikh Hindthullah under various sections of the IPC and the UA (P) Act.

The court has sentenced both to 8 years RI under Section 120B read with 38 and 39 of the UA (P) Act, as well as 8 years of 8 years of RI of each of the RI of each under Section 38 of the UA (P) Act and Section 39 of the UA (P) Act.

All three sentences will run concurrently.

The case is related to the spread of violent extremist ideology of the terrorist organization by Mohammad, under -dead and his colleagues.

The objective of this conspiracy was to recruit weak youth in South India, especially in Kerala and Tamil Nadu, to carry out terrorist attacks.

The NIA registered a case Suu Motu in 2019 against all the residents of Coimbatore (Tamil Nadu) in 2019.

Incidentally, both people have been charged separately in the case of 2022 Coimbatore car bomb blasts, in which his colleague Zamisha Mubin attacked an IS-inspired vehicle-Janit IED (VB-IED) in front of an ancient temple.

In 2019, the car exploded by Zamisha to avenge the long -term chaos of his guru, Muhammad Ajarudh by the NIA.

Prior to his arrest by the NIA in the ISIS Kerala-Tamil Nadu case, Muhammad Ajarudh underwright made Zamisha and others radical in the violent ideology of IS through Gupta Ban classes.

Hidayatullah, who was released on bail in the case, further extended Zamisha Mubin and provided the car bomb blast, resulting in the death of a suicide bomber.

Azharudhin continued to guide the attacker during his subsequent visits in jail.

Investigation is going on against the remaining accused.
