Washington:
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu met Donald Trump at the White House on Monday, which became the first foreign leader to separate the American tariffs to shake the world.
Netanyahu and Trump are also set to discuss Gaza, where a short-lived American-procession between Israel and Hamas has collapsed, and there are increasing tension with Iran.
Trump congratulated Netanyahu outside the West Wing and pumped his fist before two leaders – both of them wearing dark suits, red relationships and white shirts – went inside for a meeting at the oval office.
A planned press conference between the two leaders was canceled at a short notice without clarification in an unusual step. During his last visit, both Netanyahu and Trump spoke to reporters at the Oval and then held a press conference.
Since the US President returned to power, the Israeli Premier’s visit is his second for Trump and comes on a short notice – Trump slapped 17 percent tariff on Israel in his “liberation day” announcement last week.
Trump refused to exempt from his global tariff Salvo to the top beneficiary of American military aid as Washington had an important trade deficit with Israel.
Netanyahu said on his way to Washington on Sunday that he would “win in Gaza, Gaza, and of course also discuss the tariff regime imposed on Israel.”
“I am the first international leader, the first foreign leader who will meet with President Trump on an important matter for the Israeli economy,” he said in a video statement.
“There is a long line of leaders that want to do so. I believe it reflects a particular personal relationship and unique bond between the United States and Israel, which is very important at the moment.”
According to his office, Netanyahu met with US Commerce Secretary Howard Lootnik and US trade representative Jaimison Greer on Sunday night after his arrival.
The Israeli premiere also met Trump’s special Middle East messenger Steve Vitkoff on Monday.
Trump told reporters on Sunday that “we are going to talk about business, and we are going to talk about a clear topic.”
He said, “There are still many things going on with the Middle East, which have to be silenced.”

The Battle of Israel in Gaza was surrounded by Hamas’s October 2023 attack, and the fate of Israel and American hostages held in Gaza would be a major topic of discussion.
Israel resumed intensive attacks on Gaza on 18 March, and a week -long ceasefire with Hamas that the United States, Egypt and Qatar collapsed.
Trump has so far supported Israel for inclination, accusing Hamas of failing to leave the hostages.
The United States has also brushed an incident in which 15 medics and rescue teams were killed by Israeli forces in Gaza last month, which led to international condemnation.
Israel’s army chief ordered a “deep” inquiry into the attack on Monday.
French President Emmanuel Macron said on Monday that he had organized a call to Trump with Egypt and Jordan leaders during Cairo visit, in which the leaders also called for an immediate return to the Trus.
The leaders also stressed that the Palestinian Authority should be in charge of governance after the war of Gaza Strip alone-to reject Trump’s plan for the US for the US after the war.
On Iran, Trump is pressurizing a new deal to “direct talks” with Tehran on a new deal to curb the nuclear program of the Islamic Republic.
But Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman Esmel Baghai said Tehran’s proposal for indirect talks was “liberal, responsible and intelligent.”
There is widespread speculation that Israel, possibly with American help, can attack Iranian features if no compromise is reached.
Netanyahu arrived directly from the visit to Hungary, where Prime Minister Victor Orban took his country out of the International Criminal Court (ICC) as the court issued an arrest warrant for the Israeli leader on the Gaza war.
The two leaders also spoke by phone with Trump on Thursday.
