An impressive marina will serve as the centerpiece of an exclusive residential complex with approximately 6,000 residents to be built in Jaumur.

The neighborhood will consist of approximately 700 luxury villas and 500 marina apartments, all of which have private moorings and beach access.

Additionally, 350 luxurious rooms and suites spread across two destination hotels in Jaumur are aimed at offering visitors a thorough experience of contemporary seaside hospitality and recreational opportunities.

The focal point of Joumur, the marina, is topped by a giant 1.5-kilometre airfoil that acts as both a spectacular entrance for the world’s largest superyachts and a protective barrier to yacht berths.

Thanks to this sculpture-like aerofoil, the marina has become a bustling meeting place for adventure seekers and yacht enthusiasts.

With year-round arts events, renowned shopping establishments and top dining options, the waterfront promenade offers a vibrant mix of leisure, cultural and entertainment activities.

Jaumur will also be home to a leading international boarding school and a state-of-the-art deep sea research centre, underscoring its dedication to both innovation and education.

With an emphasis on maritime security and exploration, the research institute hopes to establish Neom as a major center for oceanographic studies.
