Munich:

NATO Secretary-General Jens Stoltenberg said on Friday the Kremlin needed to answer “serious questions” over the death of a jailed Russian opposition leader Alexei Navalny.

Stoltenberg told reporters: “I am deeply saddened and concerned by reports coming out of Russia of the death of Alexei Navalny. All facts must be established and Russia has serious questions that need to be answered.”
