Naagin 6 actor Mukund Kapahi on playing negative roles: I enjoy essaying an antagonist but wish to play protagonist too

Mukund Kapahi, an actor who has appeared in shows like Naagin 6 and Sindoor Ki Keemat, spoke about the importance of luck in achieving success in the field.

 and also in Sindoor Ki Keemat feels actors need to struggle a lot to achieve success. He reveals that acting in the field is not just about the hard work but also the luck that comes into play

The actor further added, “In the show, I got the opportunity to play a

negative

 role. I was the reason behind the protagonist falling into addiction of drugs. And it was a very challenging part. People love my role and later I also got the opportunity to act in Naagin. Though my role in both the show is now wrapped up. I’m looking something more interesting in future. I wish to grow as an actor and keep entertaining my audience.”

He revealed, “I enjoy playing grey or negative roles because such roles allow you to perform a lot and give you good screen timing. You need to act completely to make audience hate you and it is seriously challenging. I enjoy such challenges but with that as an actor, I want to do different roles. I also want to play a positive role if given that opportunity.”
