Which brings me to the Lifewave x39 patch…

But there was just one problem…
I had not personally used these patches.
And now I was super curious to try them!
So I did, and I’ve been using them for about 2 weeks now and so I wanted to bring you my honest review here.
I won’t bury the lede: they are totally amazing!
I still have no idea how exactly they work or how they pack so much punch into such a small patch, but I can tell you from two weeks of personal experience that they most certainly do work in a big way.
Sometimes you use something and you’re not quite sure if it’s just in your head or if you’re really noticing some results, but that’s not the case here. My experience has been overwhelmingly noticeable, in a few different ways. Allow me to explain…
I got three different types of patches. I got the flagship “daily driver” patch, which is the x39. You wear that every day for 12 hours on, 12 hours off.
Then I got the Silent Nights sleep patch, which you put on an hour before bed and leave on all night.
And then I got the x49 workout patch that you can wear together with the x39 on days you’re doing a big workout.
Each of them has been extremely noticeable, almost immediately.
That’s the first thing that really jumped out at me…it doesn’t take a long period of time to start seeing results. I noticed them immediately.
The sleep patch was probably the most immediate and obvious results. This might not surprise you, but I have a little trouble winding down at night and getting to sleep. My mind is always thinking about so many things. But I put this patch on and feel asleep a lot quicker than normal on the first night and then had one of the deepest, most relaxing nights of sleep I can remember in a long time. Woke up the next morning feeling like a million bucks and I haven’t missed a night ever since!
The daily x39 patch also kicked in almost immediately. It’s not a jittery, caffeine type buzz, but I did notice similar effects: more energy all day long, increased focus. Less pain in joints. And then I started realizing that I had more stamina when I would go out on a run, which I try to do about 5 days a week. I was hitting that runner’s groove earlier and staying in it longer.
So then I got some family members testing them out too to see what they thought. I had one guy who is in his 70s and has a lot of foot and joint pain that is really affecting his mobility and he’s currently on Day 4 and he just told me the joint pain is noticeably reduced! He can’t believe it.
That’s the big takeaway I would tell anyone after testing this out for myself…

Here’s where it got really interesting….
One of the most frequent criticisms of the patches is that they’re just a placebo effect and there’s no way a small patch like that could really be doing anything.
Ok, but here’s what I experienced…
The company says it’s fine to stack the x39 and x49 together, especially if you’re doing a big workout. And so I did. And what I noticed was similar to if you’ve ever taken a pre-workout energy drink.
Ever taken one of those? Especially the old ones that used to stack ephedra and caffeine, anyone remember those?
They were amazing, but you really had to make sure you were going to go do a hard workout to really work the stuff through your system and burn it off. Right? Anyone know what I’m talking about?
I think one was called Ripped Energy drink and if you drank a Ripped Energy and just hung out around the house, you’d be buzzing! And it would almost be too much.
That’s EXACTLY what I noticed when I wore both the x39 and the x49 at the same time.
I had to go out and go for a big run because my body was just charged up! I don’t know how else to explain it. Not it a bad way, or a caffeine jittery way, but it was just like I was turned out and had to open up the valve of that firehose. Had to get the energy out.
So that’s how I know these things are definitely working and definitely doing something.
And that’s my honest review!

So what happened to me after starting it?
3 things.
One: Lower back pain gone. It was a constant dull ache. And it was there to greet me every morning. It wasn’t that bad, BUT that’s not the worst part. You see, lower pain in that area could also be a beginning sign of kidney stones. I’ve had that before (worst pain I’ve felt, it was like torture). So having this dull ache in my lower back was giving me constant anxiety and stress. I would always have in the back o f my mind the thought that “is this pain going to led to a kidney stone?
