‘My Angel’: Actress Lamba shares adorable photos with daughter

Actress Rambha became one of the leading heroines of South Indian cinema in the 1990s, winning critical acclaim for her roles in films such as “Ganesh” and “Bhairava Dweepam”. Apart from her film achievements, Rambha also shares her personal life with her fans on Instagram. Recently, on February 12, Rambha uploaded a picture with one of her daughters on the platform, much to the delight of her fans. Both mother and daughter exuded elegance in eye-catching outfits, with Ramba wearing a black dress with a color-coordinated skirt, while her daughter wore a pink dress. The image was captioned: “My angels #mothers #daughter #angel.”

Rambha’s fans expressed their admiration for the photos and showered the comments section with heart emojis. One fan noticed the striking resemblance between Rambha and her daughter, while actress Keerthi Shanthanu commented: “Beautiful.” The photos were also liked by others.

In 2010, Rambha tied the knot with Indrakumar Padmanabhan, a Sri Lankan Tamil businessman living in Canada. After her marriage, she participated in reality shows like Tamil TV show Maanada Mayilada and Telugu dance show Dhee as a judge. The couple has three children: Lavanya, Sasha and Shivan.

Rambha had previously shared a picture of daughter Lavanya on May 21, 2023. The pictures show Lavanya delivering a speech and receiving a trophy at a school function. Lavanya appeared in traditional attire and glasses.

On the professional front, Lamba told News Today in an interview that she plans to return to the film industry. “If I come across a good script, I will make a comeback,” she said, emphasizing the ever-evolving trends in the film industry while remaining open to promising opportunities. Rambha made her debut in the Malayalam film Sargam, directed by T Hariharan, which performed well at the box office and made her a star. Throughout her career, she has shared screen space with industry stalwarts like Chiranjeevi and Rajinikanth. Her recent work includes serving as a judge on shows such as ABCD (Anyone Can Dance) and The King of Comedy.
