Motor cyclist allegedly accused highway 404 in York region of more than 200 km/h.

A motorcycle driver has been accused of allegedly driving carelessly and traveling more than 200 kilometers on several different roadways in York region.

York police say that for the first time, the authorities saw the man at a black Yamaha motorcycle at 10:30 am on Monday at Bloomington Road and Arora near Highway 404, traveling northwards on the highway at a high rate of speed.

An air support unit then started tracking the motorcycle driver and chased the man at a gas station on Elgin Mills Road, where he had allegedly stole some gas and ran away before the police arrived.

Officials alleged that the motorcycle driver then returned to the highway 404 Southbound, where he continued to drive carelessly – lanes divided, weaving through traffic and hitting a speed of more than 200 kilometers per hour.

The man then reached a business on Mississaga’s Awebury Road, where he allegedly tried to escape from the authorities by entering the underground of the building with the help of a companion.

He then left the campus in a rideshare vehicle. Officials eventually caught the suspect at his house in Richmond Hill.

The police found the motorcycle inside the Mississaga business, where they came to know that it was allegedly fitted with a fake license plate.

37 -year -old Amir Hasan Monfreed of Richmond Hill is facing dangerous operations, stolen under $ 5,000, stunt driving and rapid allegations.

The video of the incident has been released by the police.
