Most Graham Lineon allegedly called ‘strange’ from the hand of the trans activist

Father Ted Manufacturer Graham line Allegedly, a phone “strange”, a phone from the hand of a transgender worker, has been heard by a court.

The 57 -year -old Irish comedy writer is on a test in the Westminster Magistrate Court. He denies allegations of harassing 18-year-old Trans woman Sophia Brooks on social media between 11-27 October 2024 and denied his mobile phone of criminal damage to a price of £ 369 on 19 October 2024.

The court was told that Mr. Lineon and Activist first met outside the Battle of Ideas Conference in Westminster on 19 October 2024.

While filming outside the venue, Ms. Brooks approached Mr. Lineon and asked: “Why do you think it is acceptable to tell the teenagers to domestic terrorists?”

The video shown in the court on Thursday (4 September) appeared to grab Ms. Brook’s phone to Mr. Lineon.

Prosecutor Julia Fore Walker said: “He deliberately thrown the phone out of Ms. Brook’s hand”, saying that it caused damage to the device.

Mr. Lineon’s lawyer, Sara Wine Casey, told Ms. Brooks: “You spent that afternoon to harass women and then disturb the Mr. Lineon and you used your phone for its objectives.

“Whatever damage to your phone, you can probably not make sure that what Mr. Lineon did was the result.”
