Mondelez Canada Ink says it is no longer producing jersey milk chocolate bar.
Spokesperson Pierina de Carolis says that the decision of the confectionery company to cut the product came after a portfolio reviewing, showing that consumers have moved to buy other pure milk chocolate bars such as Cadbury Cadbury Dairy Milk.
D Carolis says in an email that jersey milk was only in Canada.
She says that the end of its production will not cut the job.
Jersey Milk returned in 1924, when it was developed by Canadian Dairy Brand William Niels Limited.
A series of acquisitions left the bar within the purview of Mondelez International, with a downtown toronto cadbury chocolate factory at the Toronto Cadbury Chocolate Factory appointing around 400 workers.
